Kingdom Gymnastics has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our coaching team working on an employed basis.   We are looking for a Lead coach for our Recreational section which runs during school term time (39 – 40 weeks per annum).

There may also be an opportunity to support the development and lead the delivery of our Pre-school class programme for appropriately qualified coaches. Duties will include:

· Preparing session plans

· Leading the delivery of recreational gymnastics classes

· Administration of Award Schemes

· Management of sessional coaches and work schedules

· Organisation, planning and leading holiday camps

Qualification Required - UKCC Level 2 in General or Women's or Men's Artistic Gymnastics

Location – Bruce Street Gymnastics Centre, Dunfermline. Recreational Coaching Hours Available – Minimum 14 hours to include planning and administration duties (class times typically 3.45pm – 6.15pm weekdays).

Additional hours of Pre-school coaching may be available to suitable interested candidates.

The lead coach will also support the organisation and lead the delivery of gymnastics camp activity. KGT operate these camps (Easter 1 week, Summer 2 weeks and October 1 week) during school holidays and they operate on a 9.00am – 4.00pm basis 5 days per week.

Salary: £6,000 - £10,000 dependent upon total coaching hours, qualifications and experience.

All candidates will be require to be a current member of Scottish Gymnastics and to hold a current PVG and have attended a Safeguarding and Protecting Children course within the last 3 years.
